Project Dream Lion 1161: 01 Locomotion and Weapon Test C++ (WIP)

Testing our locomotion and weapon system. We used in-place animations for responsive controls using C++. The Combo system calls back to the blueprint.

The Enemy AI is still in the work through hard coded detection. Further down the road, we will be shifting to Behavior Tree on Sprint 2, alongside the polishing of all animations.
