Life Begins at P40 Million! TNC Pro Team Wins at WESG 2016
The TNC Pro Team is on a roll!
Following TNC Pro Team’s triumph over a major team at the International DotA 2 championships (T16) back in August 2016 in Seattle, the team did it again when it beat Cloud 9 in the last leg of the World Electronic Sports Games (WESG) 2016 in China.
Winning against the Danish team with 2-1, pro gamers, Samson “Sam_H” Hidalgo, Marc “Raven” Fausto, Carlo “Kuku” Palad, Timothy “Tims” Randrup, and Ryo “ryOyr” Hasegawa, went home $144,000 richer with their total winnings of $800,000 or a whopping P40 Million!
It was said to be miraculous win when TNC suddenly took the upper hand in Game 3 after being underdogs in the previous rounds.
TNC’s recent winnings is reported to be the largest sum that Pinoy pro-gamers have taken home in all of e-sports history.
