The Bruce Lee Bio Pic, “Birth of the Dragon” Gets August 25 Commercial Release

Directed by George Nolfi, “Birth of the Dragon” is an American-Canadian-Chinese Martial Arts action film that centers on the life and times of young Bruce Lee before his rise to fame.
This bio-pic is set in 1965 that sees Lee, a promising no-none sense Martial Artist challenging Shaolin Monk and Kung Fu master, Wong Jack Man. The movie had already been screened at the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival under the Special Presentations section.

The script is penned by Christopher Wilkinson. Starring Xia Yu, Billy Magnussen, and Philip Ng as Bruce Lee, “Birth of the Dragon” is set for a commercial international release on August 25th 2017.
